STORE POLICY

•All buyers MUST BE 18 years of age OR have parental permission to purchase an animal.
•We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone that we feel is not fit to care for and/or maintain any animals we sell.
•Buyers are expected to have basic knowledge on the animal they are buying.
•All animals are feeding on appropriate rodents, guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed.
•Genetics provided are based off of their pairing. Certain combinations can be very difficult to be 100% sure on so we make our best guess based on what is provided in the clutch and opinion of other breeders. All hets are guaranteed.
**ALL SNAKES ARE FOR SALE UNTIL DEPOSIT/PAYMENT RECEIVED! NO EXCEPTIONS!**
•A deposit of $50.00 is required for a desired animal to be held, after having its 3rd meal (pre-listed on our FB & IG pages, as well as our website). Animal will not be released out of our care until it has eaten 5 meals (at that time it will listed onto MorphMarket, if no deposit is made). Failure to pay, or contact with explanation, within 1 week of notifying buyer that animal is ready for release will result in the animal being relisted for sale and loss of the deposit. If for any reason we cannot supply you with the animal, we will refund 100% of the deposit
•We accept cash payment locally, money order, check, PayPal (info@RCReptiles.net), or credit/debit card through invoice. Money orders and/or checks will ensure a hold on the animal but it will not be released until we have received it and money has cleared.
•Payment plans are available for animals listed at $250 and up. Contact us to discuss options.
•If there are any problems or not 100% satisfied with the purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival. If no response in that time, it is considered that the transaction is complete and the buyer is happy.
•Animals are shipped Tuesdays & Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight when temperatures and weather permit.
